Land south of Hever Road, Edenbridge
Richborough is bringing forward proposals for the development of land to the south of Hever Road, Edenbridge, close to the Edenbridge Trading Centre.
Our vision for the site is to support the sustainable growth of Edenbridge by offering new homes for new residents and opportunities for existing residents to relocate.
The site (outlined above in red) will deliver a range of types and tenures of homes and will create a mixed and balanced community, including much-needed affordable housing and new public play space.
